If you want to go the reddit way then you can use the CLD.
You will have HTML pages, comments, tags, and you can use the related links
to add links between FAQ entries and related libraries, code and documents
in the CLD. In fact at the beginning of the CLD project I wanted to to that
but, when Peter started its own FAQ project, I didn't go on .

Otherwise a simple plain text format is nice too.
