[cl-faq] CL-FAQ maintainers and/or FAQ software suggestions wanted

Having watched the FAQ pass from hand to hand for a fair while now,
each and every time getting converted to a new format, but not always
even getting published, here's a radical suggestion:

Go back to the roots. Keep the FAQ in a text-file, post it to cll
every month, and give it a web-page too.
