[cl-faq] Another quick-n-dirty conversion

Now I've got the common-lisp.net FAQ converted to Markup:

Unfortunately I was quite busy this week so had basically no time to  
work on this. But my next step, as soon as I get some free time, is  
to divide our FAQ into a "draft-faqs" document (initially everything)  
and the official "faq" document from which we'll generate the "real"  
FAQ. Then it's just a question of taking entries from the draft-faq  
document and answering and/or editing them and moving them into the  
real document.

In the meantime, continue sending questions and/or answers--I *am*  
working on this, however slowly, and I will not let your efforts go  
to waste.
