Nope. I just missed it. I'll go find it.

Sure. For stuff like that, a patch against faq.txt is probably the  
best thing. (Which may be what you sent before.) Note also that I  
mark names from the COMMON-LISP package with \cl{...} rather than  
code. That at the least lets me give them a different style but later  
can be used to do things like automatically generate a link to the  
hyperspec.
