[cl-faq] Is a wiki format suitable for developing a faq?

Send me the huge s-expr and I will type a cool loop in the CLD listener to create all the
entries.
Then we will just have to manually add the tags and the links like related items etc.
But at least it could be a good start and avoid duplicating the effort anyway.
