[cl-faq] Is a wiki format suitable for developing a faq?

Now I don't feel so badly.  I was sure I had at least ten hours
free before the holidays, but family and clients abhor a vacuum ;-)

At last count, on Dec. 24, I had found and (briefly) reviewed 431
distinct links for the directory.  I found them no more than two
clicks away from the following four sites:

I think I have a couple of hours free this coming weekend; I'll try
to finish formatting the existing list and mail it to Peter.
