[cl-faq] Is a wiki format suitable for developing a faq?

Sounds great to me, but just to clarify... This isn't a permanent wiki
nor should it be seen as a "wiki", but rather more like version control.
For those who approach it like me.
Normally, I dislike sending big drafts in monolithic emails; I prefer a
sketching area, which takes care of outline numbering for me... and
allows "second thoughts."
Further, people can make their own pages, like "Lisp FAQ: Tayssir".
The nice thing about the wiki format is they act like consensus.. so
Peter can certainly put his foot down, without the process itself
assuming a hierarchy.
