[cl-faq] Is a wiki format suitable for developing a faq?

Yeah. My bad. I just started a bunch of contracting projects and am
still working out how to get all the stuff done I need. I probably
need to set aside a specific time each week to work on cl-faq and
gardeners stuff. Bear with me.
