[cl-faq] Is a wiki format suitable for developing a faq?

Peter Seibel has stated that he'd like to keep editorial control of
the FAQ, so that it maintains a consistent tone and voice (and,
hopefully, accuracy :). I tend to agree with his desire. So, from
that point of view, a Wiki isn't very appropriate.
On the minus side, I've posted a few FAQs with answers to this list,
and Peter hasn't updated his version of the FAQ lately, so perhaps
he's busy, and a Wiki would serve for the moment.
