[cl-faq] Zeroth cut at FAQ

So, just to get some of the publishing mechanims worked out, I
converted the questions and answers that have passed over the transom
so far into my Markup[1] format and generated some trivial HTML and
put it on the lispniks.com website. If you want to check them out
they're at:

   <http://www.lispniks.com/faq/faq.html>

and

   <http://www.lispniks.com/faq/faq.txt>

As I keep mentioning, someday, this stuff will be available from a
public subversion repository but until then, feel free to send
patches or just new questions/answers in the Markup format.

Note that I have done essentially zero editorial work on this rev of
the FAQ--the questions are in the order they came in and I haven't
made any changes to speak of to the answers.
