[ab] Qt Bindings for the builder

Hi Gustavo
Just to be clear, the intent of the lispbuilder license is to allow
people to create commercial applications without having to release the
full source code of their application, which GPL would need.
But even if your Qt bindings are not compatible with our license it
will still be very useful to have available and compatible with our
code.
