[ab] Qt Bindings for the builder

I understand why you want Application Builder to have a BSD-style license.
Maybe I don't agree, but I understand. I've only known the difference
between BSD and GPL after I wrote the first e-mail. But we are intending to
make a GPL maker, and that's why we will use Qt libraries (and SBCL) without
regrets.
So, we will make Qt bindings, and, off course, some macros that can handle
the code in a "lispier" way, and we could, after that, adapt the same macros
(and some other code) to work with the wxWidgets too, so we will also help
the builder. If some Application Builder user wants to use Qt (and make the
code GPL or buy a Qt license), he/she will have this freedom. Otherwise,
he/she could use (with, perhaps, few changes in the final code) the
wxWidgets. This way, everyone will be happy. :-)
If you like the idea, as we hope, we'll do it with pleasure. Otherwise,
we'll make these bindings just for our maker.
