Yes, unfortunately. I wonder if he will make the source available?

Regardless, the instructions for installing lispbuilder just became a whole lot 
simpler.... (1) download and install Edi's starter pack. (2) Download and 
extract the lispbuilder-* packages into "Lisp Libraries". Boom, done.
