[ab] Bitmap example not working

Hi list,

I just started messing around with lispbuilder-sdl a bit, it looks
great. It feels tight, too. Something that bothered me about cl-sdl.

Anyways, all the examples seem to work well, except for the bitmap
example. When I run it, all I see is the initialized black
window. Also, I noticed in the source file that an alpha blending
example would be added, is that still in the works?

Finally, I noticed earlier on the list it was mentioned that a
tutorial was being made, just wondering if that's still on the go? 

Sorry if it sounds like I'm cracking the whip here ;) I'm eager to
start playing with it more.
